FIXES
- Fixed claymore/proxmine physics problems
- Fixed smoke gen server crash
- Fixed erroneous team scoring at round start
- Fixed bug where round would continue after a team was wiped out
- Hacked a fix so the scope zooms based on the scope setting
- Disabled annoying sound mixing at end of game
- Replaced nali fruit with a medkit
- Added kick to tracer shots in m16
- Added variable shots to burst modes; up to, but not always, 3 shots
- Disabled ability for player to join mid-round to stop cheating
- Tracer kills now properly credit shooter with kill
- Fixed MP5/M16 cutoff in aim mode when using OpenGL

CHANGES
- Grenade fuse shortened from 5 to 3 seconds
- Made MP5 quieter
- Increased M9 accuracy
- Decreased max ammo of HK69 from 12 to 4
- Increased damage of PSG from 50 to 80
- Decreased PSG pause time between shots
- Increased head shot damage multiplier from x2 to x4 to ensure a kill
- Increased blast radius of frag grenade from 300 to 500
- Removed artifacts from Infiltration
- Crosshairs only visible when in aim mode
- Increased PSG max ammo from 25 to 40, rounds per PSG clip upped to 20
- Decreased M16 max ammo from 180 to 120
- Added semi-auto modes to mp5 and m16
- Removed full auto from m16
- Increased M16 rate of fire from 500 to 600 rpm
- Increased M16 tracer speed x 1.5

ENHANCEMENTS
- Alt-Fire now switches to first person view in spectator mode
- Three new skin colors in Standoff
- New Robar .50 sniper rifle (Key 9)
- PSG scope can now be adjusted faster by holding weapon mode button
- You can now break out of the shotgun reload cycle by pressing fire
- Improved Classic game mode bot AI
- Added death indicator on scoreboard
- When you are in spectator mode, the tracked player's health will
  show on the HUD in place of yours
- Moved shotgun to better view position
- Stabilized simulated recoil code
- Modified pickup weapons to lay on sides, and not rotate and glow
  (this screws up some custom weapon positioning in maps)
